Store Officer

About the role

The Store Officer will manage the custody, organization, and security of all non‑rental assets, consumables and equipment for R & R in Lagos. You will maintain real‑time inventory records, support stock movements and ensure the store operates smoothly for the retail and fashion business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock balances in real time.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against delivery notes.
• Issue items only with approved authorization and monitor daily stock movements.
• Conduct daily monitoring, weekly reconciliations and monthly physical stock counts.
• Investigate and report any inventory discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain Stock, Issue, Return and Goods Received registers using Google Sheets or Odoo.
• Raise re‑order alerts to prevent stock‑outs and prepare regular inventory reports.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory or store management.
• Experience in an event rental or logistics environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and organizational skills.
