Spa Beauty Therapist

About the role

The Spa Beauty Therapist will deliver a variety of facial, massage, and body treatments, as well as advanced aesthetic procedures, to clients in a Lagos‑based spa. You will ensure high standards of hygiene, personalized client care, and support product sales and brand promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facials, massages, body treatments, and other beauty services.
• Deliver chemical peels, LED therapy, microdermabrasion, body sculpting, cavitation, and teeth whitening as trained.
• Conduct client consultations, recommend suitable treatments and home‑care regimens.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Keep accurate client records and treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and support product recommendations.
• Participate in content creation, demonstrations, and brand promotion.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience (up to 12 months) in beauty therapy and aesthetic treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming.
• Customer‑focused, warm and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new treatments and techniques.
