Solar Product Distribution Manager

About the role

The Solar Product Distribution Manager will lead the sales effort for solar and energy‑storage solutions, expanding Bluewave's market presence across Nigeria. You will work closely with distributors, EPCs and corporate clients to drive revenue and build long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and increase market share for solar and energy‑storage products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs and corporate customers.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector or a closely related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership experience including recruitment, training and performance management.
• Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

• Monthly remuneration between NGN 400,000 and NGN 600,000 (inclusive of basic salary, allowances and commission).
