Software Engineering Team Lead

About the role

TeKnowledge is building an AI‑native engineering team and needs a hands‑on technologist who can also lead. As the Software Engineering Team Lead you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of full‑stack, quality, and DevOps solutions, partnering closely with product managers and architects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of full‑stack, quality, and DevOps engineers.
• Own design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of shipped software.
• Set and evolve technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards.
• Contribute personally to architecture, code reviews, pipelines, and production troubleshooting.
• Plan and prioritize work in collaboration with product management.

Required profile

• Strong bias toward automation and efficiency.
• Comfortable in rapid, iterative environments.
• Curious and proactive in adopting new tools and approaches.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to prototype to production.
