Social Media & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Executive to own and grow our social presence across multiple platforms. You will create compelling visual and video content, design marketing collateral, and support both organic and paid campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook – scheduling, posting and community engagement.
• Plan, design and edit graphics, short‑form videos and captions that align with brand guidelines.
• Produce marketing assets such as flyers, decks, banners, email templates and digital creatives.
• Assist in the execution of paid and organic campaigns, including basic ad set‑up and boosting.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (photographers, designers, printers).
• Monitor platform trends, competitor activity and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or marketing with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Self‑starter able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines independently.
• Strong copywriting ability and a keen visual eye.
