Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our online presence for a clinic in Lagos. You will craft engaging visual content, interact with our audience, and support marketing initiatives while ensuring a top‑class client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the clinic’s social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging photo and video content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Respond promptly to direct messages, comments, reviews and enquiries.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Assist with client reception, bookings and appointment management.
• Maintain brand consistency and deliver excellent client experiences.

Required profile

• OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least two years of proven social media management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in beauty, healthcare or hospitality is a plus.
• Residence near Lekki preferred.
