About the role

The Showroom Manager will lead the BBA Motors showroom in Lagos, driving sales performance, customer experience, and business development. This senior‑level position requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to represent the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage showroom staff, fostering a high‑performance sales culture.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective business development initiatives.
• Represent BBA Motors professionally in automotive and business environments.
• Oversee customer experience and day‑to‑day showroom operations.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate corporate representation at automotive exhibitions, educational presentations, and stakeholder engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive sales, showroom management, sales management, or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a customer‑facing team.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Experience managing sales targets and performance metrics.
• Commercial awareness with a solid business‑development capability.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
