About the role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Shoe Maker & Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for turning market trends into stylish, functional footwear while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new shoe styles based on market trends and customer needs.
- Craft and assemble footwear using both traditional and modern techniques.
- Select appropriate materials such as leather, fabric, and rubber for durability and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and final products.
- Repair and customize shoes according to client requests.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in excellent condition.
Required profile
- Minimum High School (S.S.C.E) qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar shoe making or footwear design role.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary of NGN 80,000.
- Work schedule: 2 days on duty, 2 days off duty.
