Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Pay‑ins and Payouts products at Kora, a global fiat and stablecoin payment infrastructure. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end product vision, define strategy and drive execution to enable seamless cross‑border payment experiences for merchants across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize existing payment methods and develop new ways for merchants to accept payments (Pay‑ins).
• Improve current payout channels and launch new payout options in expanding markets.
• Conduct user research, identify pain points and translate insights into product requirements.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, project plans and detailed specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, business and IT teams to deliver high‑quality features.
• Report progress and align strategy with the Head of Product and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager in payments or fintech, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong ability to understand user needs and turn them into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
