Senior Odoo ERP Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a senior Odoo ERP Administrator to join Masters Energy Group in Lagos. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and enhancing the Odoo platform to support our energy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and operational requirements from various departments.
• Configure, manage and maintain Odoo modules and workflows.
• Lead ERP implementation, testing, deployment and delivery processes.
• Customize Odoo applications and reports to meet organisational needs.
• Support data migration, validation and system integration activities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical or functional issues.
• Provide user training, documentation and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and stakeholders to improve functionality and ensure data accuracy, security and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and implementing Odoo ERP.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR and Procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
