Senior Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant to lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements for our clients in Lagos. The role involves shaping strategy, driving transformation programmes and delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full consulting life‑cycle from diagnostics to implementation and performance monitoring.
• Lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives covering strategy, operations, people, processes and technology.
• Develop and execute change‑management plans to secure stakeholder adoption.
• Conduct market, industry and organisational assessments to formulate growth and improvement strategies.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite executives and act as primary engagement lead.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and contribute to practice growth.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing coaching and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting or related strategy roles.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation projects.
• Strong client‑facing skills with ability to engage senior leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in business development and practice expansion.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
