Senior Associate, Investor Relations (Operator Finance)

About the role

The Senior Associate, Investor Relations (Operator Finance) will own the full operator financing cycle, from structuring credit to smallholder operators through to reporting portfolio performance and managing investor relationships. This role is focused on building a transparent, investor‑ready view of the financing portfolio and supporting major fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operator financing: credit structuring, loan disbursement, collections tracking, repayment analysis and portfolio health reporting.
• Prepare and maintain fiscal records, investment schedules, consolidated forecasts and long‑range financial plans with high accuracy.
• Support active fundraising: build data rooms, respond to due‑diligence requests and create investor‑facing financial models and presentation decks.
• Establish and maintain a reliable investor reporting cadence, ensuring data quality and confidence.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience at the intersection of credit, capital and relationship management.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian banking landscape, DFIs, SME financing and institutional investor expectations.
• Proven ability to translate complex portfolios into clear investor narratives and to build scalable systems.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive issue escalation and a focus on mentoring and documentation.
