Security Liaison Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Security Liaison Specialist to act as the bridge between MAX’s operational teams, partners and regulatory bodies in Lagos. The role ensures that our vehicle subscription and EV services comply with security standards and that any incidents are managed swiftly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate security protocols across MAX’s fleet, subscription platform and charging infrastructure.
• Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement and industry regulators to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and investigate security incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, risk assessments and incident response plans.
• Provide security training and awareness to internal teams and external partners.
• Support the rollout of EV battery‑swap stations by ensuring physical and cyber security measures are in place.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of security practices in the logistics or mobility sector.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑growing African market.
