About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to fill three key positions within our Lagos operations: a Secretary/Office Administrator, a Field Officer, and Customer Service Officers. These roles support daily administrative functions, oversee on‑site activities, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Answer calls, emails and schedule appointments while maintaining accurate records.
Visit field sites, monitor operations, gather data and report activities.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and provide effective solutions.
Organise files, manage correspondence and support management with daily administrative tasks.

Required profile

HND in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration for the admin role.
OND or higher in any discipline for field and customer service positions.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors for field duties.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
