Sales Representative – Lagos

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to expand its presence in the Nigerian market. You will own a portfolio of travel‑trade and corporate customers, build strong relationships, and turn market opportunities into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and commercial targets.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business prospects.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients and key commercial partners.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer potential to prioritize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and drive opportunities from engagement to conversion.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that balance customer needs with Etihad’s objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Etihad partners to create customer solutions.
• Keep customers informed of relevant products, services and promotions.
• Accurately record all activities in Etihad’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Airline sales experience is preferred, but strong travel‑industry or B2B sales background is acceptable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
