Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Representative to join our restaurant team in Marina, Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them choose meals and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and guide them through the menu.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
• Handle cash, transfer and POS payments with precision.
• Enter sales data into the system and maintain proper records.
• Serve food and beverages neatly and maintain presentation standards.
• Keep the service area clean and adhere to hygiene regulations.
• Monitor stock levels of food, drinks and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed.
• Assist with cleaning utensils, equipment and the service area.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.E).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Availability to work 8 am‑10 pm, four days on and one day off, Monday to Saturday.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
