Sales Representative

About the role

UrbanWish Ltd is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive the acquisition and onboarding of service providers for its tourism and travel marketplace. You will act as the primary liaison between UrbanWish and local businesses, helping them list their services and maximize bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage service providers across UrbanWish categories.
• Pitch UrbanWish’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to convert leads into active providers.
• Support providers in creating and optimizing business profiles, ensuring accurate pricing, images, descriptions, availability, and location details.
• Guide providers through document verification and onboarding requirements.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, educating providers on best practices to boost visibility and bookings.
• Gather feedback from providers and share insights with internal teams.
• Track onboarding progress, maintain accurate records of leads and conversions, and contribute to weekly performance updates.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects, launch campaigns, and support city or category expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with in‑person outreach and follow‑ups.
• Ability to explain digital products to non‑technical business owners.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑driven.
