Sales & Operations Manager

About the role

The Sales & Operations Manager will lead the commercial growth of Bluefare Limited in the Abuja market, aligning sales strategy with operational execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role bridges field sales, marketing, logistics and finance to deliver measurable revenue and market share gains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and sales plans, defining territories, targets, campaigns and merchant acquisition strategies.
• Lead field sales and merchant acquisition teams, setting daily, weekly and monthly targets and coaching on prospecting, pitching and closing.
• Build and maintain commercial performance dashboards covering leads, acquisitions, activation, transactions and revenue, and act on under‑performing areas.
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows and reporting structures to streamline day‑to‑day commercial and operational activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance and Customer Support to ensure alignment and capacity for growth.
• Provide the CEO with concise performance updates, risk assessments and execution plans for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Commercially driven operator with at least 4 years of experience in sales leadership and operational execution.
• Proven ability to manage field teams, set targets, analyse performance data and solve operational problems.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and translating strategy into measurable results.
• Proactive, resourceful and highly accountable with strong focus on accountability and scalability.
