Sales Officer

About the role

Pod Premium Ltd is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to lead property sales and generate high‑quality leads for both residential and commercial developments. The role combines client acquisition, site presentations, and end‑to‑end transaction management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and sell residential and commercial property developments to target clients and high‑net‑worth investors, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
• Organise and conduct guided property site visits, showcase project blueprints and architectural models, and promptly address prospective buyer inquiries.
• Assist buyers throughout the documentation process, coordinate payment schedules, present mortgage options, and ensure smooth closing procedures.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, real‑estate brokers, and referral networks to sustain a robust lead pipeline.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyse market pricing trends, and track new development projects to provide tailored advisory services to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, deal closing or real‑estate brokerage within property development.
• Strong negotiation, pitch presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of local real‑estate market conditions, legal documentation and buyer financing options.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Experience using digital lead management systems to track and nurture prospects.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
