Sales & Field Representative – FMCG (Entry Level)

About the role

The Sales & Field Representative will be responsible for driving sales of FMCG products across Lagos, targeting kiosks, mini‑marts, supermarkets, hotels and other outlets. You will work directly with existing and prospective customers to generate new business and achieve assigned targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers daily to generate sales.
• Identify and acquire new customers across assigned territories.
• Sell FMCG products to kiosks, provision stores, mini marts, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, lounges, bars and other businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
• Generate and follow up on customer orders until completed.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments where required.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for volume sales and repeat purchases.
• Gather information on market trends, competitor pricing and customer needs.
• Submit accurate daily/weekly sales and field activity reports.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Perform other lawful and reasonable duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of OND.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
