Sales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

We are a leading real estate marketing firm that connects investors and homebuyers with premium property opportunities, and through our sister mortgage brokerage we also provide financing solutions. We are looking for a confident, articulate Sales Executive to generate leads, promote real estate and mortgage products, and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking and follow‑ups.
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections with prospective clients.
• Present and promote real estate investment opportunities and mortgage solutions.
• Understand client needs and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions professionally.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate or mortgage.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self‑motivated with a proven drive to achieve results.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities.
