Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Valjes Properties is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals on residential projects. This role offers the chance to work in a fast‑growing real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling and digital platforms.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on inquiries from property listings, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Understand client needs, provide advisory services on properties and investment opportunities, and build long‑term relationships.
• Conduct property inspections, site visits and present features, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare sales documentation and ensure timely closure of transactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports and ensure KYC and documentation compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the real‑estate development sector, focusing on house sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation abilities and deep understanding of the real‑estate market.
• Knowledge of real‑estate documentation such as C of O, Deed of Assignment and Governor’s Consent.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and contribute to KPI achievement.
