About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth across Lagos, Abuja and Rivers. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting solutions and converting leads into long‑term clients in the banking and financial sector.

Key responsibilities

Prospect, compile and profile individuals and companies.
Prepare and submit business proposals to identified prospects.
Facilitate meetings for presenting products and services.
Manage conversion of prospects, including follow‑up with individuals and organisations.
Actively manage client relationships and obtain referrals.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on conversion progress.

Required profile

HND/BSc in Marketing, Social Sciences or related field.
3+ years of sales experience in banking or financial services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales and marketing abilities.
Good interpersonal, relationship and time‑management skills.
