Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to generate property sales leads, engage prospective buyers and support them through the sales and documentation process. The role involves building a pipeline of clients, coordinating property inspections and working closely with the General Manager and the wider sales team to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new property sales leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, digital platforms and direct outreach.
• Engage prospective buyers, understand their requirements and present suitable properties with pricing and payment information.
• Build and actively manage a pipeline of prospective clients and conduct consistent follow‑up.
• Coordinate property inspections and support clients through the sales and documentation process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Proactive and confident in approaching potential customers.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and messages for prospecting.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and persuasion skills.
• Persistent with follow‑up and able to work towards sales targets.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a sales team.
• Interest in building a career in real estate sales.
