Sales Executive

About the role

Ewa Consulting is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales and investment opportunities in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and site visits.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand Lagos property trends.
• Present, promote, and sell the company’s properties and investment opportunities.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, availability, and financing options.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coordinate property viewings and site inspections.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and performance analysis.
• Stay updated on Lagos property markets, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, key locations, property values, and trends.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Must be aged between 30 and 40 years and hold a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
