Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end customer acquisition and activation process for Raphael Group’s IT & Telecom services in Lagos. You will act as the hub between sales, front‑desk, support and field teams to ensure a smooth, timely transition from lead to active service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full customer lifecycle – from lead generation and sign‑up through installation and service activation.
• Monitor daily operational performance, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues affecting conversions, installations or customer satisfaction.
• Maintain real‑time communication across internal teams, assign tasks, follow up on execution and escalate critical concerns.
• Analyse operational data, produce daily dashboards and performance reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Support market expansion by coordinating demand‑generation and pre‑sales activities for new locations.
• Track key metrics such as leads, sign‑ups, installations, active connections and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, customer success or field operations.
• Strong project coordination, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
