Sales Business Data Analyst

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Sales Business Data Analyst to turn sales data into actionable insights. You will support the sales team by monitoring performance, spotting trends, and delivering reports that drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance across products, regions, channels, teams and individual reps.
• Create and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards and KPI trackers.
• Monitor key sales metrics such as target achievement, productivity, portfolio growth and revenue.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the sales funnel and recommend corrective actions.
• Support sales forecasting, target setting, resource allocation and workforce planning.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Evaluate the impact of sales initiatives, campaigns and incentive programs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or sales analytics.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Strong SQL querying skills.
