Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to promote Munez Healthcare's home healthcare services across Lagos. You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑growing healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Promote and sell home healthcare services to individuals, hospitals, HMOs, and corporate organisations.
• Conduct client presentations, prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into loyal clients, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
• Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing; healthcare sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a self‑motivated, target‑driven attitude.
• Organisational and time‑management competence; ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000 per month.
