Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will drive revenue growth for Kezia Foods Ltd by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with customers. This entry‑level position combines sales outreach with marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility in the food manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Promote products and services through various marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and activations.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads both online and offline.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities where applicable.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and performance updates.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales or marketing role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on results.
