Rider Recruitment Officer

About the role

Fleximotion Limited is seeking a proactive Rider Recruitment Officer to join its Lagos team. You will be the bridge between the company and the vibrant rider community, helping to attract and onboard qualified motorbike riders for its logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit okada parks, mechanic clusters, and rider hubs to source candidates.
• Engage riders directly, clearly explaining the opportunity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within rider communities.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up consistently via phone and WhatsApp.
• Support pipeline monitoring, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a motorcycle rider.
• Own a bike; the company will cover fuel and maintenance costs.
• Familiarity with Lagos roads and rider environments.
• Well‑spoken, confident, and professional appearance.
• Comfortable interacting with riders in informal settings.
• Highly proactive, able to work independently and persistently follow up.
