About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, efficient staff performance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff and oversee training programs.
- Develop and manage budgets, controlling expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Order supplies, maintain inventory levels, and manage vendor relationships.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
