About the role

We are looking for a remote physics expert to design and solve challenging physics problems that will be used to evaluate large language models. This short‑term contract involves creating clear, step‑by‑step solutions and collaborating with LLM researchers on benchmark development.

Key responsibilities

Design and solve advanced physics problems for LLM evaluation.
Create detailed, step‑by‑step solutions with thorough reasoning.
Collaborate with researchers to define and refine evaluation benchmarks spanning undergraduate to PhD‑level physics.
Analyze complex physics problems using a logical, structured approach.
Explain physics concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and reasoning.

Required profile

Master’s, Ph.D., or currently pursuing a Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
Creative and lateral thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.

What we offer

Compensation of $450 per approved task.
Full‑time commitment of 8 hours per day with a 4‑hour overlap with PST.
11‑week contract duration, starting immediately.
