Relationship Officer

About the role

Mayristics Enterprise is looking for a Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. The role supports sales growth, promotes company products, and helps improve service delivery through effective client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Promote Mayristics Enterprise products and services.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings and business engagements.
• Support customer retention and business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Confident, organized, proactive, and target‑oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is an advantage.
