Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts for Pukena Concierge Services in Lagos. You will act as the primary point of contact for client recruitment requests, ensuring high‑quality candidate delivery and seamless process management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming recruitment requests from clients and coordinate the end‑to‑end hiring process.
• Source candidates from Pukena’s internal talent pool and external channels.
• Conduct structured phone screenings, assessments and reference checks.
• Prepare and present shortlists that match client specifications.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide regular updates to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Proven ability to source, screen and interview candidates effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND preferred; HR or recruitment certification is a plus.
