Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

Luxury Redwood Properties and Investment Ltd, a property development and real estate company based in Nigeria, is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Manager in Ikeja. The manager drives property sales and manages client relationships, working closely with the marketing and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the sales pipeline and conduct property presentations and site inspections
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a high standard of customer service
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to implement sales strategies, track market trends and give input on product offerings and pricing
• Meet prospective clients, follow up on leads and prepare sales documentation
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
• Mentor sales staff, set performance targets and report sales results to management

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate regulations and market practices
• Proven experience in real estate sales management or a similar role, preferably in the Nigerian market
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Estate Management or a related field is beneficial
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and commitment to ethical real estate practices
