Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

A growing real estate team in Ajah, Lagos is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive. The person will generate leads, market and sell the company's real estate products, close sales and build long-term client relationships, including regular site inspections and client meetings. The role reports to the Business Development Manager / Head of Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels and direct marketing.
• Market and sell the company's real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver property presentations and sales proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and maintain an accurate prospect and client database.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide market intelligence to management.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities, and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
• Applicants must live in Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to travel for site inspections.
