Real Estate Relations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Relations Officer to act as the primary point of contact between our clients, regulatory bodies and the company, ensuring smooth communication and high‑quality property management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, building strong, lasting relationships and handling day‑to‑day enquiries.
• Act as the liaison with government regulatory bodies, agencies and ministries.
• Conduct routine property inspections, identify issues early and ensure standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance works, working with contractors and internal teams to deliver timely, high‑quality results.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports for management on property condition, client feedback and operational matters.
• Travel within Lagos and occasionally out of state to support clients and properties.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Estate Management, Building Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, facility management or client relations.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities calmly.
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
