Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will support Dwellins International Ltd’s construction projects in Lagos by managing costs, budgets and contract administration. This role ensures financial control throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering to final hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and cash‑flow forecasts for construction projects.
• Measure and value works, materials, variations and completed work.
• Monitor project expenditure to keep costs within approved budgets.
• Assist with procurement, tendering, bid evaluation and contractor selection.
• Prepare, review and manage contracts, payment applications and valuations.
• Identify cost risks and recommend cost‑control and value‑engineering measures.
• Maintain cost records and produce financial reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of construction costs, BOQ contracts and measurement.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
