About the role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join Dillon Consultant Nigeria Limited in Lagos. The role involves managing costs, quantities and procurement for construction projects, ensuring timely and budget‑friendly delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate material quantities, costs and labour expenses for projects.
- Develop and maintain bills of quantities for ongoing and upcoming works.
- Negotiate labour contracts, schedules and procurement processes.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure cost‑effective execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
Required skills
- Cost estimation and budgeting.
- Bill of quantities preparation.
- Procurement negotiation.
- Understanding of construction labour and material markets.
What we offer
- Monthly salary between NGN 250,000 and NGN 400,000.
