PS Core Optimization SME – Packet Core Network

About the role

We are seeking a PS Core Optimization SME to lead the analysis, design, and performance improvement of our Packet Core network. The role focuses on enhancing EPC and PS Core performance, leveraging automation, scripting, and AI-driven techniques to deliver superior user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance and resource utilization across 2G/3G/4G/5G data systems.
• Design, dimension, and optimize EPC and 5G SA/NSA nodes.
• Define and implement solutions to meet KPI, QoS, and QoE targets.
• Drive initiatives that improve end‑user quality of service and network traffic handling.
• Automate technical audits, performance monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions using Python, Shell scripting, or similar tools.
• Integrate machine learning and AI for predictive analytics and network optimization.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed technical proposals and presentations.
• Support presales activities, knowledge transfer, and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in core network optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with EPC, PS Core, and 5G SA/NSA architectures.
• Proven ability to deliver SLA targets and cost‑effective network configurations.
• Experience in automating network operations and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to develop actionable improvement plans.
