About the role
DBH Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Lagos. You will be responsible for coordinating design, documentation and delivery to ensure projects are built on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage drawing production schedules and control delivery timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical clashes early in the design process.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and fully buildable.
- Coordinate closely with the MEP team and maintain effective communication with consultants and external partners.
- Perform other project‑related duties as required.
Required profile
- First degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- COREN certification.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
