Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will lead planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and EPC projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and execution strategies while managing schedules, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, resource allocation and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Lead internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and consultants, maintaining transparent communication with clients and senior leadership.
• Enforce QA/QC processes and HSE standards to ensure regulatory, contractual and safety compliance.
• Maintain complete, auditable project documentation, including change orders, progress reports and final handovers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field.
• 7‑10 years of project management experience in infrastructure development, engineering, construction or oil & gas.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑SP, PMO‑CP, NSE, COREN or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project controls and contract administration.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting processes.
