Product/App Manager – E‑Banking & Card Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Product/App Manager to lead the roadmap and lifecycle of our E‑Banking application and card dispensing solutions. The role will bridge business needs with technology delivery, ensuring compliance and driving digital adoption across our banking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for the E‑Banking app and card dispensing solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive product enhancements, improve customer experience, and increase digital adoption.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer insights.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, CBN AML requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage product releases, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management within banking or FinTech.
• Proven experience managing an E‑Banking/Mobile Banking application.
• Hands‑on experience with card issuing, card dispensing, ATM, or payment card solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital banking, payment systems, and financial technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable.
• Track record of delivering high‑impact digital banking products.
• Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, switching, and card management platforms.
