Product Management Course Facilitator

About the role

The Product Management Course Facilitator will deliver engaging, practical product‑management training to remote learners. Working full‑time from any location, you will design and lead live virtual sessions, guide discussions, and support participants through hands‑on exercises, case studies and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, structure and update product‑management course modules to reflect current industry practices.
• Lead live virtual training sessions, facilitate discussions and answer learner questions.
• Guide participants through exercises, case studies and project work.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Imovations team to refine curricula and improve the training experience.
• Maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of product‑management fundamentals, including discovery, roadmap planning, stakeholder management and agile or lean methodologies.
• Experience facilitating training, workshops or courses with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Practical experience in a product‑management or related role (e.g., product owner, business analyst, UX or tech lead) within a tech or digital product context.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple cohorts and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, education or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑conferencing platforms.
• Experience using collaborative whiteboard tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Knowledge of agile/lean methodologies.
