Powerpoint Specialist - Remote

About the role

YO IT Consulting is seeking a remote Powerpoint Specialist to design and refine complex business presentations, spreadsheets, and documents that emulate Fortune 500 standards. You will work closely with an advanced language model (LLM) to generate, edit, and evaluate Office Open XML files, focusing on .pptx formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic, high‑impact PowerPoint decks, Excel analyses, and Word reports for multiple industries.
• Collaborate with an LLM in four‑turn conversations to create, review, and select the best deliverable for each task.
• Document observations and provide feedback to improve LLM handling of business documents.
• Develop prompts and scenarios that replicate multi‑hour business tasks without AI assistance.
• Support cross‑functional use cases such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and HR presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience on complex projects for Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Proven track record in professional business document creation and review.
• Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior exposure to LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
