Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities in our construction business, ensuring processes and service standards are consistently met. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and external vendors, driving efficiency across procurement, stock management and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and enforce established processes and service standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery.
• Manage procurement requests, raise purchase orders, obtain approvals and reconcile invoices.
• Track stock levels, handle reorder processes and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reports for management.
• Support regulatory compliance activities, including documentation, internal audits and submissions.
• Liaise with finance, HR, IT and commercial teams on cross‑functional operational matters.
• Assist in implementing new systems, tools and process changes within the operations function.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex matters to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in operations or process management.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of stock management, procurement cycles and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to the FMCG industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
