Operations Manager

About the role

Nomeelux is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the daily activities of its fashion house in Lagos. You will work closely with the Founder and Sales Manager to translate business objectives into efficient operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the fashion house.
• Develop and implement operational systems, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise Production, Sales and other key teams.
• Manage staff performance, attendance, supervision and development.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, supplier relationships and resource utilization.
• Monitor operational costs, support budgeting and cost‑control initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the Founder.
• Identify operational challenges and implement rapid, practical solutions.
• Maintain a safe, organized and productive work environment.
• Continuously improve systems to support growth and expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least a diploma.
• Proactive and creative mindset with pattern‑making experience.
• Previous leadership experience in a fashion house.
• Excellent communication and ability to promote new business.
• Knowledge of fashion and garment production is an advantage.
• Strong cost‑management and time‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
