About the role
The Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of the 2go fast‑food restaurant in Abuja, ensuring smooth service, consistent food quality, and high customer satisfaction. This role focuses on process optimisation, staff performance, and strict adherence to food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including kitchen, service counter, drive‑through (if applicable), and dining areas.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise operational staff while enforcing service, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations through routine inspections.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and control food, labour, and operational costs to meet budget targets.
- Address customer complaints promptly and use feedback to drive service improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and support audits and inspections.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing restaurant operations, preferably in a fast‑food or quick‑service environment.
- Proven track record in staff management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
