About the role
ESSO Properties Limited is seeking an Operations & Client Relations Manager to lead client interactions and streamline internal processes at its Lagos Marina office. The role combines operational oversight with client relationship management to support the company’s growth in the property sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily client interactions, including documentation, queries, and cash systems.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients and maintain up-to-date records for existing ones.
- Ensure community management and growth.
- Deliver outstanding client service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Oversee day‑to‑day activities of the company across departments.
- Uphold all processes and structure of the company.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of BSc.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
