About the role
The Officer, Private Client Services will deliver bespoke services to high‑net‑worth individuals and VIPs across regional offices, aiming to build lasting loyalty and enhance the brand’s reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized client service to private clients, ensuring their needs are met with high standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private client segment.
- Maintain and grow client relationships across multiple regional locations.
- Collaborate with brand and risk teams to manage operational risk and uphold brand standards.
- Document client interactions and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Up to 5 years of post‑NYSC experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer centricity and operational risk management.
- Strong behavioural competencies such as practical problem‑solving, opportunity‑seizing, confident communication, and strategic thinking.
